Designed for individuals aged 21 and above, our In Home and Community Services are designed to meet the desired outcomes of the individual’s support plan (ISP). From short term respite to long term support, Quality Angels Human Services work closely with its clients every step along the way. We service a wide range of individuals, including those with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) and Autistic individuals.
Our Services are Strictly tailored Towards the Individual's Needs as Indicated by their ISP, along with the Following General Services:
- 24 hours Clock Care
- Bathing, Dressing, and Grooming
- Transportation Services
- Indoors and Outdoors/Community Recreational Activities
- Laundry Services
- Meal Preparation
- Full Housekeeping
Our Residential Program Accepts the following Waivers:
- Consolidated Waiver
- Adult Autism Waiver
- P/FDS Waiver (Person/Family Directed Support)
- Community Living Waiver
- In-Home Respite & Out of Home Respite
